   That cost is made up of:   
      
   Blank CDR: 20p   
   First class stamp: 28p   
   CD Envelope: 1p   
   Postage envelope: 1p   
      
   The copyrighted material on the CDR is being provided for free.   
   I assume that everyone who asks for a copy has paid their TV   
   licence, and therefore is entitled to view and record this   
   copyrighted material.
