Re-distributing altered binary copies of the RTL is legal, look at
TPL60N19.ZIP, BPL70N16.ZIP and Pedt Scragg's and my own non-RTE200 CRT
   units on Garbo.

   Looking forward to it!

FWIW, on Friday I finally at long last uploaded BPL70V20.ZIP to Garbo.
   It's a partial 32-bit version of Norbert Juffa's BPL70N16.ZIP. I don't
know if and when Timo will put it in the proper directory (turbopa7).
