   _may_ give it to a friend of yours to have him/her do the

   _you_ (or that friend of yours) scan/s the book to .pdf, you   
   must   
   - use your own "Werkstück"   
   - assure that the book is "vergriffen" for at least two   
   years.   
   I don't believe that anybody would sue you if you later put   
   your book into the trashcan instead storing it near   
   Grandpa's helmet from WW II ...
