   Maybe a DOS emulator for WIndows could be a solution. There are some for   
   games (open source afaik) and there are commercial PC emulators like   
   VMWare which emulate a complete PC. I did try this and installed DOS   
   into it and it worked fine. Only the graphics support for DOS is a bit   
   weak, but if you don't need hires 256 color graphics or so it's good   
   enough. But I don't know what VMWare costs, I used a trial...
