   Hi Marco,
I will have a look at the TProcess class, thanks, does it work under
   windows too ?

In the last thread in borland.public.kylix.linuxapi, they talk about a
way to capture the output of a console program Libc.popen(), is it
somehow related to the pipe thing ?

I am new to both Linux and pascal :-)

   thanks
