   Okay that with the button (okay off topic here) is quite easy:   
      
   design two windows, place a button on one and save both windows. Now do   
   a double click on the button which will create a onClick handler for it.   
   In this simply write nameoftheotherwindow.show;   
   The name of the other window must be the one of its name property!
