   Anyone knows where to get the code for Neil Rubenking's "PC Magazine   
   Turbo Pascal 6.0 Techniques and utilities"? My 10+ years old book is   
   fine but floppy disk doesn't work any more... I've tried Google but   
   cannot find anything (except few offers of second hand book without the   
   disk).
