   Not really, but that would be unsafe anyway!   
   I think the use of pointer arithmetic is one of the things   
   which make Windows so attackable for viruses. And: pointer   
   arithmetic is a bad habit used by C/C++ programmers, which   
   often think that strong typing is only there to limit them,   
   which in fact is false - its a safety measure - not a limit!
