   I knew some students a few years ago, and they said that at their   
   school, it was acceptable to get the program any way you can (at least   
   one of them told me that.)  He said that the teachers didn't care how   
   they got it done, just that they got it done.  That's what he said, I   
   can't be sure it is accurate.
