   in the last days I ported my hexedit.c to hexedit.pas .   
   It is here:   
   http://www.Wolf-Fuerth.de/hexedit.zip   
   It is a fullscreen editor for DOS   
   and edits files, which are small enough to fit   
   in memory, reachable by DOS.   
   You can alter bytes in hex or ASCII   
   and find strings in hex or ASCII.   
   However it is german.   
   Feel free to ask for translations,   
   where you do not find out.
