   No. You use a dos compiler, and link a RTL in that is meant to DOS. Of course   
   you will see DOS system calls (interrupts mechanism)   
      
   So if you want to do this, simply recode the RTL, this has been done before   
   e.g.   
   because of flat-real mode.

   Probably you can get it a bit smaller yes, but why would you?
