   Approximately none of the material should be abandoned.  If less is   
   posted in News, the rest should be elsewhere; perhaps Garbo can host it.   
   You could then post the full thing when ever it is changed, and   
   something smaller each week/fortnight.   
      
      
      
   At next change, section 1.2u could be amended; it now appears that   
   "Reply" is not invariably broken. So perhaps :-   
      
   When posting a followup via groups.google.com, you may find that the   
   "Reply" link at the bottom of the article does not provide .  In that case, select "show   
   options" at the top of the article, then select the "Reply" at the   
   bottom of the article headers.   
      
   But get that checked, if possible, by those who use that facility.   
      
      
      
   The list of fast CPUs at the head of Sec 3 is showing its age!
