     We are currently searching for one who has a current background in   
      
   Delphi and Crystal reports. This is a career position with a real company.   
      
   (not consulting) The company is offering full benefits and a limited   
      
   relocation package. They are located in the greater Raleigh area.

                                    Programmer / Software Developer   
      
   Description   
   Works on a wide variety of programming tasks (new development, maintenance   
   releases, feature requests, defect fixes, etc.) assigned by Senior   
   Programmer/Software Development Coordinator. Performs unit-level testing of   
   programming performed, in order to insure that it meets the provided   
   specifications. Participates in regular and ad-hoc meetings for all   
   programmers to exchange ideas and review each other's work. Continually   
   looks for ways to improve the quality of software being developed.   
   Participates in software design process (user interface design, object   
   modeling, detailed specifications, etc.). Assists in providing software   
   support to users. Works on other technology-related projects as needed.   
      
   Works with QA/Test Coordinator to locate and repair software defects. Works   
   with other members of the development team to insure an efficient and   
   effective software development process. Reports to Director of IT.   
      
   Previous Experience   
   At least 2 years programming experience required.   
   Experience with Delphi programming language required.   
   Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts required.   
   Experience with Crystal Reports preferred   
   Knowledge of General Accounting procedures preferred   
      
   Education and Skill Requirements   
   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
