   No. But I have something for the other way around, maybe you can mod it, I   
   used it at the time to convert SWAG sources.   
      
   It is in http://www.stack.nl/~marcov/XTDLI104.zip (note capitalisation),   
   and it is called pas2mod. (TS3.x)   
      
   IIRC it does only some superficial skeleton work, but specially on relative   
   clean sources that can already remove a lot of tedious editing.
