   How funny Mr. Troll that you name Windows.   
   It just happens that the first WIndows Version was seamingly programmed   
   in Pascal and not C. Look at the calling convention from most system   
   calls and you find the order parameters are passed is the PASCAL one and   
   not the C one.   
      
   But now don't feed the troll any further.
