   Probably yes, simply by accessing HDs as sector via BIOS ints. (note that   
   this will work only under plain Dos, not under Windows NT/2K/XP, not sure   
   about 95/98/ME)   
      
   There are some samples of direct sector accessing in SWAG IIRC.   
      
   Btw you don't want the FAT, you want the directory structure to undelete. A   
   FAT access might be necessary to determine if the file _IS_ undeletable tho.
