   I did not answer to the OP because it was not clear to me what he really   
   wants to do. What does "sending an OE message" mean? What is an OE message?   
      
   Several possibilities:   
   - use a program to control OE (i.e. via SendMessage() and the like)   
   - send an e-mail message that looks like it has been sent by OE   
     * is the e-mail send via unencrypted smtp   
     * or via smtp + TLS   
     * or via SSL?   
   - post a newsgroup article that includes OE-specific headers   
   - whatever :-)
