From Jean Meeus I get the JD times for the moon's phases.
For GMT the day in a calendar spans from JD - 0.5 to JD + 0.5 .
But what if the calendar is printed for a different timezone?
Do the moon's phases in different countries' calendars
   sometimes differ by one day?

I'm sure, easter sunday does NOT differ by a week
depending on the timezone. It's calculation is based on GMT
for all over the christian world.
