   Turbo Vision is a DOS framework. USB support is only available for Windows.   
   I don't know what kind of drivers or utilities come with your scanner, maybe   
   you can write a small utility in a Win32 language that writes the barcode   
   that it reads to a disk file. You can then pick up this file in your TV   
   application.   
   For a DOS program, a keyboard wedge scanner would have been a better choice.
