   Maybe. But unless exposed via int 2F that requires win32 access too.   
      
   Others are in a better position to judge this, I gave up BP in '97 for these   
   kinds of reasons.   
      
   I'd look at the Windows int 2F services or to a simple semaphore file and   
   try to piece together something with what is available.
