   You don't say whether you have the source code for the program nor what   
   language it is written in.   
      
   If it is written in Pascal and there already is a drop down file menu it   
   sounds as though the program was written using Turbo Vision.   If so you   
   would need to get hold of a Turbo Vision manual to find out how to add the   
   'save' and 'save as' options.   
      
   What is TDW?  I have used Turbo Pascal from 5.5 to 7.01 under Windows 3.11   
   and 98SE without any problems.
