   From the purely pragmatic point of view I'd suggest you get Gnuplot   
   (free for the download) and use that for plotting your data. It can do   
   miracles and save them in various vektor- and pixel formats.   
      
   Reviving your old TP program is worthwhile only if you want to learn   
   programming in Pascal under Windozze, in that case get a free copy of   
   Delphi (the successor of Turbo Pascal) and play around with the canvas   
   object.
