   Let's wait what the exact stipulation, limitation and update support is to   
   call that usefull.  Kylix Open Edition, nor the Personal versions ever   
   became really a hot thing.

   Exactly, and if the free version, which is probably limited in db   
   can't have plug in components, then the use becomes limited.
