   There are some written in Free Pascal, and very old versions of Mac OS were   
   written in asm-pascal mix.   
      
   I've seen/heard about TP OSes too, but I never heard of one that was more   
   than a application doing some serial+paralel communication + userinterface,   
   and maybe storing a small amount of state data on floppy.   
      
   Never saw a TP one that really implemented e.g. filesystem support.
