   Oh sorry. I already showed how to work around the lack of Continue. You   
   can easily work around Break as well, either using goto (bad!) or using   
   a flag variable, an if-then clause and a while or repeat/until loop.   
      
   Those workarounds are almost universal and will even work in Delphi   
   2006.
