   Have you looked at Borland's new releases of their free Turbo dev tools,   
   called "Express"?  I installed Turbo Delphi Express about 3 weeks ago,   
   and it looks good.  It can run all the code that our other Delphi   
   programmers (who have Delphi 7) have developed, and can compile   
   executables and .dll's.
