   Yes of course. Most of the folders you specify in the "Install" dialog box   
   will be created if they don't exist. There are some where this wouldn't make   
   any sense though - the "executuble utilities" directory is one, since the   
   files installed to this folder should be in your PATH.   
      
   I don't know what O/S you're using, but I don't recommend running the   
   installer (or any other GV application, including GVFM.EXE) in a Windows   
   2000/XP command prompt. A Win9x/ME DOS box or plain old DOS 3.3+ (any   
   flavour) should be absolutely fine.
