Everything seems to work fine on DOSBox ~except~ that it doesn't emulate the
programable interrupt timer channel #0 - PIT#0 properly, and consequently,
my precision timers don't work properly. This results - at best - scrollbars
that scroll too fast, text carets that don't flash at the correct rate and
other minor inconveniences. At worst, it might cause a crash if time "goes
   backwards" or something.
