   First, I may (or may not) have the "right" forum.   
      
   Have been assigned the task of rebuilding an old legacy project (from the   
   late 90's).  From what I can tell, code written in Borland C++ and Borland   
   Object Pascal.   
      
   Have some questions about Delphi v3.  Posted to comp.lang.pascal.delphi but   
   does not seem to be any activity there.   
      
   Is this a good place to talk to the Delphi crowd?
