   comp.lang.pascal.delphi.misc or under newsgroups.borland.com.   
   But beware! You can find the newsgroups of newsgroups.borland.com on   
   different newsservers also. However the mirroring of these is a   
   one-way-road. You should post to the original server newsgroups.borland.com,   
   if you expect replies.
