   is that federal law? but even if not by law anymore maybe in a few   
   yers - the dates stay same.   
   "gesetzliche feiertage" - "days off by law" (banking holidays?) suddenly   
   went away here by law too. hehe   
      
   and yes: "between" can be tricky. but in german and english too. i fink   
   .. from x to y would be deff more precise.
