   This is TOTALLY incorrect! IDE, command line compiler, and produced
   applications run happily under WIN98 and Win2000 (verified), and I bet
   also under Win95. Here a log of a sample tpcw build of hello.pas

   uses
     wincrt;
   begin
     writeln('Hello world from TPW1.5');
   end.
