   You can run (Free)Dos in a JVM:   
   http://javapc.sourceforge.net/home_home.html and that might mean it will   
   also run TP 3...

   I might have a version disassembled with IDA Pro that actually assembles   
   with TASM, will have to spend some time finding it...
