   Why are you looking for that? DO you want to discuss Pascal topics or   
   rather Delphi?   
      
   I'm asking because Delphi and C++ Builder are no longer from Borland but   
   from Embarcadero. They still have a quite big NG hierarchy available.   
   But no longer for Turbo/Borland Pascal.
