Hmmmmm... Marco, if there's one thing I've learned in my programming
experience it is this: Users don't get it.

Most people put in Office, run the thing on defaults and never change a single
setting. Really... you'd be amazed how many people are bareface amazed when I
bring up the settings panel in some basic piece of software on their system.

You should also hear the calls I get about the POS software I maintain... My
most frequent answer is "Please turn your binder to page ___ and follow the
   instructions...".

   People :
   	a) Don't understand settings.
   	b) Don't care about settings.
   	c) Don't want to know about settings.
   	d) Don't look in help files, unless told to.
   	e) Don't change settings, unless told to.
   	f) Don't follow your instructions more than 50% of the time.

In all due respect, Marco, you can't download program intelligence to the end
user. Most of them "just work here" and really don't care a rat's backside
   about the tools they use.
