   The "non-enhanced" T1 and T2 IML code doesn't even register the Int 4Bh   
   handler... despite it being available. But that's not surprising I   
   guess, since it doesn't need it. Stage 2 POST or the standalone SCSI ROM   
   may still install the handler (and probably do so).   
      
   One difference between the "non-enhanced" T1 and T2 ROMs is that the T2   
   lacks the ESDI code.
