   Does the drive show any signs of life at all? Activity light, spindle motor?   
      
   You might want to try cleaning the drive, inspecting the PCB(s), and   
   recapping it if necessary. Most PS/2 floppy drives are affected by   
   leaking electrolytic capacitors.   
      
   Meh, we should have waited with the shipment. I might have a spare drive   
   somewhere.
