|    Error 00240100, Onboard XGA-2 fails on M    |

From: askevej37a@gmail.com              When the machine starts, I get this error code 00240100       and the machine boots into the Ref / diagnostic screen.              When I run diagnostics on the machine, the onboard XGA-2 is fails the test.       ( have the unit serviced )              IĀ“am not able to boot to dos, because the machine boots to the Ref /       Diagnostics screen.              There are a few screen artifacts, when the system is power on, but only in a       second or so.       Is there any way to disable the onboard XGA-2 and use another graphics card in       one of the MCA slots ?. (XGA-2 perhaps ? )              It is a nice SLC3 planar, and it would be great if the machine could be used,       even it has got problems with the onboard XGA-2              The planar is.: FRU P/N 65G9714              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
