   I have had some of these come in systems that I have received. They had a   
   internal tape drive  3  1/2"   
   but most of them had a ribbon cable that went to a external PS/2 slot   
   connector ( like 50 pin )   to an external 5 1/4"  metal floppy drive case   
   I have at least one CMS  5 1/4" external floppy drive around here some   
   place    (about the same size as an external 5 1/4" Back Pack external drive   
   metal case..)    
   I would guess that you would need special drivers to make them work...
