   All of those parts are available in stl format    on "thingverse"    for free.   
   along with many other 3d printable IBM copied parts...   
      
   The cdrom sled and front bezel for a model 95 print better using petg   
   filament. and print  better if you add supports    
   and remove them from the finished parts.  The bridging was too far for my   
   printer...   
    I had to mess with the overall  finished part size as well .  before the   
   slicer...   
   They were setup with too long of bridging for my makerbot printer...
