   I had an account with a national company Helstra then left about 8 years   
   ago, I created my primary email address with them when they offered it   
   for free almost 20 years ago under bigp..., anyway the email account was   
   working great until 3 month ago, when I could receive email from their   
   servers, but unable to send, I left the matter until I got back from the   
   hot zone, today I spoke with someone about it from their support, yeah I   
   am a ghost in their machine as the account has expired for unknown   
   reason, and my email according to their web drone do not exist, yet I   
   still receive emails normally from their servers.
