|    IBM PS/2 P75 and SCSI Terminator    |

From: steffen@udolph.com              Hi all,              so now I bit the bullet and bought an P75 model, boots, 16 MB Ram works,       display works, new floppy works. Case is without cracks.       What doesn't work is the hard drive, does not make a sound, even on       external power. "New" one is on its way as is an External SCSI CD-ROM       drive (for installing OS/2 Warp)       Of course, the SCSI Terminator is missing, I found one in the UK, will       take a while until it gets to Berlin.       Now I am looking for a SCSI cable, and the mini Centronics variant is       unobtainium as it seems.       Any idea how to connect the External drive? Using a slot bracket and an       internal cable with 3 connectors?       Cheers       SteffenWolf/2              (Name promptly adopted)              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
