From: ohland@charter.net              Swapped out the milk crate I was using for a stand with a wire table       [Honey Do, out of Ace Hardware].              Then, feeling all sort of heroic, I swapped in my ASC-19160 and there       the wheels fell off. HD whirled, but nothing on the screen.              Cursing, I wrapped myself alongside the 7010, and tried to pull the SCSI       card... No fookin dice. The PCB is tall enough so it physically prevents       that hell-spawn easy slot cover release from moving. At all.              Pulled the 7010 forward, pulled all the cables, and dis-assembled the       catch, removed the too-tall card, schlamned the catch back on, stuck all       the cables back in, diddled with the power cord, and booted into the       glories of Win7. Taa-fookin'-Dah!              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
