   Col. Green! One of my favorite minor OS characters! I like this.   
   He was so delightfully slimy.   
      
   And another race of Andorians. Dare I suggest it, that this other   
   race is ... black? We have yet to see African American Andorians,   
   and it was only a matter of time, wasn't it?
