   Did you hear about Time Warner's plan to start charging a metered rate for   
   Internet access? If you go over your alotment (probably 10 gigs or so), they   
   will start charging you $1.00 for each gig your either upload or download.   
      
   I'd start looking for another ISP if I were you.
