   This is an interesting concept. Activision is going to sue Viacom   
   because their movies haven't been successful? Gee, I wonder if I   
   can sue my mutual stock funds because their earnings have been way   
   off this past two years? After all, I entered into a contract with   
   them under the implicit understanding that I would profit by the   
   arrangement.
