   	You've obviously never experienced a "negotiated contract" in   
   Hollywood.  "Negotiated Contracts" in Hollywood means that the   
   Production House has all the power, and actor/producer has little to   
   none.  While it's worse for actors who can be let go on whims,   
   producers can pretty much be removed for the same reasons.
