    Actually, the wording is, because of Paramount/Viacom's   
   lackluster appeal in the Box Office, and on the small screen, it is   
   affecting sales of Activision's products. These sort of litigation   
   suits happen somewhat frequently between software manufacturers,   
   especially when one is incapable of holding up their part of the   
   bargain with the other.   
      
    This is somewhat of a first to hear it happening between one   
   form of entertainment industry and another.

    You could always try. Of course, you'll probably end up like
