   Well, there's your problem right there:  They don't listen to the   
   complaints of the fans.  Dismissing/discounting our complaints leaves   
   them in the dark about what our problems are - therefore they have no   
   idea what is wrong, or how to fix it.   
      
   It's not from our failure to speak up, that's for sure.
