Sounds to me like they mean she will explore her sex life. This is Berman
and Braga, what they lack in understanding of Trek (or scifi or character
development or casting or...) they make up for understanding of ratings
   stunts.

And they will come up with some dumb premise to get her out of her Vulcan
make-up for one episode - "oh, look, the mysterious all-powerful being Y,
who is not a rip-off of Q, by the way, just transformed T'Pol in to a human!
Now she can explore the human condition and understand humans better, for
   the next 42 minutes."

This next season will rank right up there with the time 7 of 9 battled the
   Rock.
